  • An overtime usage fee applies for every hour extra, which equals 10% of the daily rental fee after discounts/surcharges; this must not exceed the amount of the daily rental fee.
  • Discounts applied for each month, scale and period are not applicable if Lobby rental only.
  • Cleaning and the equipment use fees are not included.
  • For preparation, clean-ups, and rehearsals, a 40% discounted rental fee applies (after discounts/surcharges).
  • The info and registration desk areas are available free of charge for approved events that use Lobby space.
  • Rate for utility usage
    • A deposit of 20% of the Lease fee (after discount/surcharges) is required, as well as electric fees of 152 KRW/kwh, AC/and heat fees of 135 KRW/㎡ (Note: during Dec.-Feb. and Jun.-Aug., 170 KRW/㎡)
